The Slovenian Rába-country is situated in the west region of Hungary at the joining of Austrian-Hungarian-Slovenian boarder. Slovenians had already settled before Hungarians arrived. They arrived together with the Avars in the second half of the 6th century.

Sights of the area

	Felsőszölnök-Gornji Senik The Triple-border Stone (384) has became the symbol of togetherness by today and at the same time provides place for many international events.
	Szakonyfalu-Sakalovci The settlement was recognised by a certificate in 1350 as Zakonyfolva. In Szakonyfalu passing by the Roman Catholic Church, built in honour of the Sickle Blessed Virgin Mary, a real paradise of nature lovers burst upon our view.
	Orfalu-Andovci The Slovenian house of regional traditions reflects the long-ago peasant life. The yard of the peasant house is decorated with a so called Little Triglav.

Settlements of Slovenian Raba-country

	Szentgotthárd-Monošter Szentgotthárd is the cultural centre of the Slovenian Raba-country and the westernmost town of Hungary. It is located in the gate of Örseg where River Raba and River Lapincs meet.
	Apátistvánfalva-Števanovci Walking along the study path of the settlement we can see the tokas (wooden bell), palinka distillers and traditional apiary typical of the region.
	Kétvölgy (Double-valley)-Verica-Ritkarovci As a typical scattered settlement, Kétvölgy provides an unforgettable saunter.
